“First time needing to get a phone repaired and saw this place had some great reviews.
I work doing storm water management and am constantly working in the rain. The touch screen on my phone ceased to work after a particularly bad rainstorm recently so I went down and got a thorough diagnosis by the gentleman working there. He was very knowledgeable, and ask permission to open the phone to take a look at it's guts.
He noted corrosion on some pieces which led him to believe that was the source of the issue from the frequent exposure to rain.
He explained that he would order the parts and attempt to fix it..if he was unable to fix it, he would only charge a small labor fee for his time. Which was very fair and I appreciate the transparency.
Ultimately he was able to fix the phone in a timely manner.
Highly recommend, very friendly and knowledgeable person. We need more honest businesses like this around.”
