Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.
Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.
I highly recommend this store for excellent service. Thank you to all of the staff for excellent service!!

These cats are truly part of a family from the very beginning. They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. Her cats are warm, social and beautiful, they greeted me and gave me kisses the moment I sat down. Sandy definitely has a love for the breed and life itself. Thank you, the world needs more Sandy’s.

After purchasing our pup, they called us a few days afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I’ve had family members but most of their dogs from here. Never had an issue and dogs lived a very long time. Highly recommend this location! Will definitely buy our pups next sibling from here for sure!

4 Cellu Dr, NashuaI can't even be more thankful for Eden!! He is our families dog, stella is a pur rescue who absolutely loves life! She brings life to anyone who needs a good laugh or smile. We used to go to Petco for grooming, well they were not doing the job. She would still smell dirty when she came home! So I made a change about 4 months ago. I am so beyond HAPPY! EDAN, is her groomer and he always goes above and beyond. I usually have to make a separate visit for her nails to be trimmed and she has to be on medication. Well, Edan did her nails today! It wasn't without a fight from miss Stella. But, they put a cone on her and they got it done!! Thank you to all helped!! Stella and the Soucy family are so happy ?

Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.

Before finding Zoomies, Sammy wasn’t always excited about his previous daycare. He was often hesitant when staff came to greet him, and we noticed he wasn’t enthusiastic about going in. It’s such a relief to now see him bounding in with his tail wagging, eager to see his friends and the wonderful staff at Zoomies.
We’re so grateful to have found a place where Sammy truly enjoys being and is well cared for. Thank you, Zoomies, for taking such great care of him!

My favorite part is how well the staff takes care of her and when I come and get her she is ready for bed. I highly recommend this place and you can't beat the price.

It’s not common that someone knows how to do the Teddy Bear cut and she nailed it on her first try with him. Normally, it takes a 2-3 haircuts for a groomer to be able to do the cut how you want it and she did it perfectly. I’m SO happy with the whole experience. She also texted me a question or two during his groom to ask me a couple questions about Teddy and I really appreciated that she asked me, instead of guessing.

I had seen vegan reviewers on happy cow talking about the vegetable momos so I asked if they were vegan and the server said yes as the description did not state any non vegan items. They were not and contained paneer. Once I explained to the staff they were very nice and apologized and took it off the bill. So as long as you stick to the already labeled items, you should be good!

The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had and really wanted the best for these guys. Both had excellent vet records and all their vaccines.
I was really impressed with how the dogs were treated here, everyone seemed very happy.
