“I had a really enjoyable and engaging experience when I purchased my MTE waterproof highs back in late September. I haven’t had a pair of highs or boot-type shoes I’ve enjoyed in a while, but these have been comfortable and warm. Today, I ran into a manufacturing defect where part of the rubber toe box began to peel after only a couple of weeks of light use. The store staff was super helpful in finding my transaction and helping me with a swap. They could tell the shoes had been well-cared for and it was just an unfortunate defect.
