“I had a really enjoyable and engaging experience when I purchased my MTE waterproof highs back in late September. I haven’t had a pair of highs or boot-type shoes I’ve enjoyed in a while, but these have been comfortable and warm. Today, I ran into a manufacturing defect where part of the rubber toe box began to peel after only a couple of weeks of light use. The store staff was super helpful in finding my transaction and helping me with a swap. They could tell the shoes had been well-cared for and it was just an unfortunate defect. Thank you for the help with the purchase and exchange. I’ll be back for some more slip-ons in the spring!”

“Major shoutout to manager Megan, stylist Lauren O and Bella for their help with my dream bridal gown! went to David’s bridal Nashua for help with finding an affordable dress ended up falling in love with my Oleg Cassini appliqué mermaid dress with a train! Bella was so welcoming and took me in for sizing so that I could look for a more affordable dress online on meshki however when that failed miserably I ended up coming back to David’s bridal and looking at their selection. Everything was so beautiful and customer service was top notch! The dress was mailed in within 3 weeks to the store in my size and I fell in love all over again ???”
