“The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2.So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! “I was recently in New Hampshire visiting my sister Serena Williams, no relation, and her new husband. She’s on this new health kick, which I do not see lasting, but she insisted that she go shopping for new athletic clothes with me because she wanted my opinion, as if I know anything about fashion Lol.! She took me to this ASICS. I was apprehensive at first because I didn’t even know what an ASIC was, but the place was lovely. However, my whole experience was absolutely made by worker Tana. After my sister went off to the female athletics section, Tana rescued me when I could not find the pair of tennis shoes that I liked in my size. This happens often because stores usually do not display my small size, but Tana blew me away in this particular instance with her affinity for customer service. It only took a jiff for her to find them. She was extremely helpful and said many interesting things. She told me that I had great taste when I had picked out my shoes. It made my day! Not to mention the deal I got on the shoes! I was so pleased with how they felt, as well as with Tanaa’s politeness, that I got a second pair for when it rains. If I am ever in the area again, I will certainly be returning to this outlet.”

“We were pleasantly greeted at the door by Zachary. We knew exactly what we wanted we walked in. After a brief description were trying on shoes. We left our selections at the register and perused the various % off sales. Couple of the items were not avaliable in our sizes but Zachary took note of the items and sizes were needed . With a few phone calls our items were ordered from a different location and in fact just recieved an email that they will be on our door step via Fed Ex in the morning. I usually do a lot of online shopping like most people but this was by far the most pleasant shopping trip in a while. You have have a solid team and they should be applauded for their customer service skills.”

“It was amazing I walked in and was quickly greeted by a nice gentleman. I requested to get my feet measured on the Foot IQ Machine to determine a shoe size for Hoka One One Work Shoes Bondi SR. I got the proper measurements and placed my order. I then asked if the New Bondi 8's were in? He said Yes. I asked if he had the black and white pair. He pleasantly surprised me with a 2nd yes! Got super excited then we got to work with a pair of right fitting socks and he put them on and I fell in love I Said SOLD! He then expressed that I should wear a different type of sock to fight off moisture-bother issues and to use a moisture wicking material. I had no idea this was a thing. So we found my size and ordered those too. A but pricey but your on your feet all day and they need the best care! ? Thank you so much! I will recommend and return!”

“Saw these boots a week before and then I found myself in the mall so I decided to take a look and see if they were still on sale. Well they were and even less than before. Originally $60 boots down to $25 and then I went to pay for them and they were $15. OMG TOTAL DEAL!!! going back for a pair of pumas next week”

“My husband and I went in yesterday to get our daughters a few items for fall. Jose was wonderful! So kind and very helpful. He took his time polishing a pair of boots we picked out and we had a pleasant conversation with him. It was a nice change from a lot of other experiences we had in other shops through out the night.I think some of these one star reviews are unfair. Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”
