“Jim made our transfer to a bigger storage unit simple and easy! We are very happy with the whole process! Quick and easy to close out the old unit and sign up for the new one! We get a whole day to transfer our items over which is perfect! Also our payment is less then what we are paying now for the first three months because we are paying the introductory payment for the new unit. Then it will be a little bit more then what we are used to paying for our smaller unit every month. We received great service and great savings. We have a baby on the way so this was extremely helpful! Thank you Jim!”

“Best storage facility I've used. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Having 24 hour climate controlled access is quite handy and the indoor units are clean and well maintained. The only thing making this not a 5 star review, is that one of the lift elevators has been broken for seemingly quite some time, at least in the several months I've rented.”

“The Huff team moved me out, stored my items for 4 mos., and then moved me into my new place. Callie was great to work with in the office. She and the warehouse manager were able to make things happen on the dates I needed when timing was tight. The "move out" team was terrific. Items stored were in pretty good shape. Even though stored in AC, I noted some evidence of possible humidity on some boxes but understand it in FL. Luckily nothing was damaged. The "move in" team was a bit less careful with things when unwrapping the blankets in the truck and moving things in without protection. Only one item had a small amount of damage (I did not make a claim). Overall, however, I recommend this company. The crews were polite and hard-working. They also respected the masking that I requested inside my homes. (My condo building required it.) I appreciated that in the heat and high humidity. Thank you to all!”

“Never have I ever rented a storage unit, but I have heard plenty of horror stories from friends. An acquaintance highly recommended Bluebird and wow was she right! We were greeted by the warm and welcoming PAIGE, who toured us through various sizes and options for our downsizing move. Her patience with our many questions was a great example of excellent customer service. Quick with a smile and willing to show us as many locations we wanted to see while reminding us of facility features along the way. Complimentary coffee, tea and water? Thank you! An inside bay for bad weather? GREAT! An active food donation campaign to give back to the community? MY kind of people! Oh yeah, and not a dust bunny in sight! I AM super tempted to consider power walking all those hallways if the weather is bad this winter! I'll be my own Bluebird walking club! We haven't completely moved in yet, but hope we picked the right size!!!”
