“I really can't say enough good things about Exeter Cycles. I've had to rely on them for new bikes, maintenance, & parts since 2021 and the staff are ALWAYS so helpful and genuine. More recently, I thought I would have to buy a whole new bicycle in order for it to be compatible with my kids trailer.
The staff had every opportunity to capitalize on my ignorance but the thought never even crossed their mind. He simply showed me an adapter I could purchase from a third party online that would work on my current bike and saved me thousands of dollars. Great courtesy on their behalf and it's a great example of long term good business practice. I'll always remember how much they saved me in the short term. We will definitely be purchasing all our bikes here in the future and recommending you guys on nextdoor as well. Thank you!!”
“Made the trip from south shore of MA to Philbricks because the prices were the best but I am writing this review because I was so impressed by the staff.
The staff were beyond knowledgeable.
Alison helped my 11yr old daughter pick out the perfect bike that she will have for years and I can’t say enough about Ryan helping me through the process of getting the right bike at my budget but also dialing it in perfectly.
Everyone on staff was super helpful and answered all technical questions and were there to help me get the best bikes that worked for me and my family, not just try to sell us the most expensive products.
