“I have had two different storage units at different times in this facility, and I am very happy with both times. For what I was storing, it was important to have a temperature controlled environment. The facility is always clean, and accessibility is great. They provide flat bed carts for use, and an elevator for the upper floors. Both staff members that I interacted with were always very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. If I am ever to need a storage unit again, Prime Storage will be who I think of first.”

“Cole is the main reason we chose this facility. He is the epitome of customer service. When we were making our choice, he was patient. On the day of our move, we realized we needed a smaller unit and he found one for us. We’ve been customers for almost a year now and he’s always friendly and welcoming. The building is safe, it’s always clean and easy to get to our unit via elevator or stairs. Also like knowing we can store art there, due to humidity control. Highly recommend!”

“Started off good... got bad... then a new manager stepped in and everything became good once more. The new manager (Jessica), is doing her best to improve all aspects of the business property. She is very understanding, she definitely does tolerate nonsense or disrespect. (Learned that the hard way, when she checked my attitude real quick).
