“I am a new member of this financial institution. I applied for a small loan and misunderstood the instructions and showed up at the Sommersworth NH branch before my loan had fully processed. They didn’t send me away. Isaac and the branch manager (I didn’t get her name) called and had the loan processed while I waited. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to drive the 45min back home and wait. Customer service at most business has become an afterthought but not at Service Credit Union. I thank all of them for being so gracious. So glad I switched to SCU!”

“The Place is great. I got a rate that was really low, way lower than my Regular Bank. And if you open a savings account I think they give you a even Better rate for a Loan. I don't know what the loan is, but I know they gave me the best rate I've ever gotten for a Loan. I think it may have been around 4 or 5 Percent. Very Friendly and Caring Employees here. And it's a Great location too. Inside Walmart”

“I'm giving this Kennebunk savings a 5 star. We were account holders at the Dover branch and didn't get the best feel from the bank and how it operates, BUT after closing our account I did run into some issues from the branch and the Owner of the Dover location Brendan did everything he could possibly do to make things right. Although I did not like the feel inside the bank, I would recommend Kennebunk because I am confident that will do anything to make their customers feel like their needs are met.”

“I am surprised there are not many reviews of this place. After searching for a bank or credit union I found them a few years ago. I joined and have been thrilled with the service I get there. Very easy to deal with and most tellers are very nice. The managers are very accommodating and I have had a few loans with no issues. If you ate tired of banks screwing you around I would recommend you check this branch out!”

“Christy is a rockstar, Allie super resourceful, Jenn kind and helpful, Ben and Kelsey welcoming. I'm in the middle of moving from east to west coast, got hacked, had to close my bank accounts. Jenn helped me first by being empathetic then getting my locked funds released to close write a check to send to new bank on west coast.I write this review because Christy blew me away by going above and beyond to solve my issue of lost check in mail for 25 days. She went to neighbor, the local USPS to see if her friend could help me, (USPS wasn't responsive at all, I was hitting a deadend.) Needless to say I was frustrated and a bit nervous that a sizeable check was in limbo.Christy followed up with a couple of phones calls to update me on USPS. Meanwhile, Allie understood the quandry of not wanting to wait 90 days per Fed Gov regs to cancel and reissue check. As a notary she took the extra step and with Regional Mgt approval was able to cancel check.Attn: Regional Mgt, thank you for approving. Your team over at Laffayette Rd in North Hampton shines brightly. They are all so pleasant unlike my regular local TD branch. I'm so glad to went to No Hampton for assistance. I can rave enough about their proactive and caring attitude. They love dogs & kids and let them both know it. My young and ancy granddaughter was happy to be there and wait until we got our business completed.10 stars for these stars!”

“People are nice, not pushy like BOA which I am use to (you can't get any worse than them unfortunately.) I really just wish that there was an ATM that would take my money instead of always needing to see a teller for a simple deposit. Please install a depositing ATM at your locations (mostly Dover). It is very inconvenient for people that work full time to try to find time to stop by. I WANT YOU TO TAKE MY MONEY!!! Anyways, I am waiting out until this happens. I pray to baby jesus every night that it is happening soon :)”
