“I first started going to Groveland Auto when I moved to the area. My car dealership had just handed me a draft of things my car needed for about $10,000 ( when I had gone in for an oil change). I couldn’t believe it, so I got another opinion from Groveland Auto. We went through what my car needed urgently, what I should plan on needing soon and how long I planned on keeping my car. “Can’t beat the price. However you have to beat the lines as often they back up quite a bit. And its mainley due to morons not knowing how to load the station. Some try to beat the line by comjng in backwards. They are complete buffoons! Good to see attendants stopping them and making them pull back out and do it right. Overall great place for low price gas. I also take advantage of the unlimited car wash deal next door. Gas and a wash every time.”

“This place is amazing. Made my car all shiny n' stuff. New owner is great, exceptional customer service. If you haven't been here for in a while, cuz ya know the place was terrible before... I suggest you go back. A lot of care goes into the pre-wash they perform before your vehicle goes in the washy wash machine. The updated equipment does an excellent job. Then there's the towels, oh Lordy, lemme tell you about the towels they provide! The water filtration system doesn't leave any water spots but it's still a nice touch to be able to wipe down your vehicle after a nice bath. Priced very reasonably too.”

“location location location very convienent right off 495 great customer service very friendly staff at all hours of the day. they are very helpful been here a bunch of times during snow storms/blizzards etc recently 1 of my visits the power went out as i was getting ready to pump they were on it right away let the customers know what was going on and eta was on point. had us back up and runnning in under 10 min”

You can give someone what they expect, you can do a little extra and make them happier or you can give them service above & beyond to “Wow” them… I was given the Wow experience that made my entire day..it makes me want to go back to them for all of my services and recommend my friends to go there.
