“Wow! The selection is excellent BUT what overrides however you may feel about Skechers in general is one particular associate at this store. I recently moved to the area and have been in this store on two occasions. During each shopping trip, I have encountered an absolute top of the line customer service associate and, to be blunt and possibly corny, beautiful human being! I only wish I could remember her name!! But this lovely tall red head is the epitome of customer service! She is warm and welcoming, helpful, professional and absolutely top notch. In fact, this gal should be running this store and teaching classes on customer care.”

“I went to the outlet to return an unworn pair of sneakers my daughter purchased in the summer for my Christmas present. Being way past the 45 days return policy with no receipt. I have to say, both managers went way beyond and above in helping me. The stickers were still on the bottom and it was obvious I didn't wear them even in the house. I am so grateful. I bought a pair of sandals with the credit.
