“This store is amazing and goes above and beyond even for customers out of state like me. I was hoping for months that I would get the pink denim laurel and my local store said they would add me to a list and let me know. Well the night before the drop and I had to contact them asking and they had none mind you I asked months prior. On a whim I contacted this store as I had been told through a Facebook group of how wonderful they are and sure enough they had one and sent me the link to pay. I then found other purses I didn’t know about until I saw them on the group and Amanda the lead supervisor helped me at every turn with a decision. She was so patient to show me pics of items and send links. I will only be purchasing from this store from now on. Thank you so much again!!!”

“I went to the outlet to return an unworn pair of sneakers my daughter purchased in the summer for my Christmas present. Being way past the 45 days return policy with no receipt. I have to say, both managers went way beyond and above in helping me. The stickers were still on the bottom and it was obvious I didn't wear them even in the house. I am so grateful. I bought a pair of sandals with the credit.

“The sales here are criminal! Buy 2 get 2 free on clearance items the last time I was there. I'm on my way to exclusively owning Crocs footwear. The Jibbits are also always incentiveized for bulk shoppers.
The staff is friendly and warm. Very helpful. I don't feel like I'm there often but they remember me when I walk in the door. It's become one of my happy places in North Conway.”
