The branch has two opposing entrances and two drive-ups that makes it very convenient to make a deposit or withdrawal, either inside or out. ‘Logan’, the teller who assisted me was most professional and very upbeat. He answered all my queries and made my transaction easy. The lollipops are good too!”

Dan and I forget the other gentleman's name that helped me out it was very professional when I wasn't he is the reason why I do all my banking there I know there's usually a lot of bad stuff and we all have our different opinions but if you get a chance go in and see him he'll knock it out of the park for you I couldn't ask for better service and a better gentleman thank you so much today Dan for your outstanding excellent service hopefully this post we'll get to you some way in management I just want to let you know I have bank at Bank of America St Mary's Bank citizens Bank in the service that he always gives keeps me there I'm a small business owner I can keep going on and on TD Bank forever ?

“I had to quickly withdraw money from my account in order to meet with someone to buy weightlifting gear. And I had made the mistake of not having an account able to withdraw the amount needed. The people here were so understanding and quick to help me knowing I was in a rush. With great manors and swift service they were able to open a new account for me and get me my money. Not only this, but a month and a half later the head guy at this location gave me a call to remind and ensure I had gotten my card in the mail and that I am to use the account in order to not have my account closed. The people here are very kind and will go above and beyond to help you, while informing you so you how to maneuver the complicated banking system. Some of the best service I have had from any place. Thank You!”

“GREAT place to do banking!I have become dissatisfied with major national banking.....friend mentioned Service Credit Union.I visited this small location mid morning on a weekday and business was brisk. However, the two tellers were pleasant and efficiently meeting clients requests. The line moved quickly. I was quite pleased.Is it possible in person banking needn't be a grinding chore? I opened a new member account literally within minutes. Surprise! Surprise! In person banking needn't be a time consuming groaning chore!Jessica, Branch Manager, is on top of things and does a great job!..I never felt rushed with my queries. She guided me thru some banking technicalities and I am able to execute a financial plan to my satisfaction.Farewell major national banks! Service Credit Union is the way I choose to bank. “I am thoroughly shocked that this store scored so low. I've been through a lot of banks and they have been the most friendliest, kindest, type of people that I could be friends with. They're incredibly helpful and took their time to explain every single option to me and it didn't matter to them what I chose, and they were more than happy to just sit and go over it with me and then they had some fun when the time was right and we all had a good laugh. I have to give a serious shout out to Belkis who is absolutely incredible and helped me open up all kinds of accounts that I've never had before so thank you! Monita, keep dreaming girl! Your time will come, lol! She's just the funniest lol. And then Alexis and Minnie were on I think the third time I went in and they were just as great. “Christy is a rockstar, Allie super resourceful, Jenn kind and helpful, Ben and Kelsey welcoming. I'm in the middle of moving from east to west coast, got hacked, had to close my bank accounts. Jenn helped me first by being empathetic then getting my locked funds released to close write a check to send to new bank on west coast.I write this review because Christy blew me away by going above and beyond to solve my issue of lost check in mail for 25 days. She went to neighbor, the local USPS to see if her friend could help me, (USPS wasn't responsive at all, I was hitting a deadend.) Needless to say I was frustrated and a bit nervous that a sizeable check was in limbo.Christy followed up with a couple of phones calls to update me on USPS. Meanwhile, Allie understood the quandry of not wanting to wait 90 days per Fed Gov regs to cancel and reissue check. As a notary she took the extra step and with Regional Mgt approval was able to cancel check.Attn: Regional Mgt, thank you for approving. Your team over at Laffayette Rd in North Hampton shines brightly. They are all so pleasant unlike my regular local TD branch. I'm so glad to went to No Hampton for assistance. I can rave enough about their proactive and caring attitude. They love dogs & kids and let them both know it. My young and ancy granddaughter was happy to be there and wait until we got our business completed.10 stars for these stars!”
