“After being “jerked around” at Lou’s Custom Exhaust down the street, I stopped by today to inquire about getting a catalytic converter replacement performed on my 2013 Volvo. Mike was gracious and accommodating. I hope we can land on a reasonably priced solution and timeframe over the next few days. Better still was one of Mike’s colleagues whom I did not get the name of. He was highly professional and kind. He noticed in my passing through that my vehicle was missing a lug bolt. He immediately handed me a socket wrench with the correct socket size so that I could tighten the remaining bolts (all four remaining bolts needed to be tightened on the wheel that was missing one!). Other remarks that he made gave me the impression that he, Mike, and the overall business operates with high integrity. Impressive!”

I couldn't be happier with the service and cost-savings they've provided in all these years. “Had a great experience at this location. I bought new tires for my car since I do a lot of driving. James was very patient with helping me pick the right tire for my driving style. When I went in, I asked them if they did oil changes and if there was time, if they could do it for me. James said they will do their best to do the oil change. This was a very busy day and said I’d come back for the oil change. James and Dylan did the change anyways and it was so appreciated.From ordering and picking my new tires with the James to installation of my new tires with Dylan. These two gentleman went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be coming back with my family’s cars in the future.”

“Came in last night needing 4 new tires for my Subaru after a flat, the manager Jo was unbelievable, the customer service she provided was outstanding. She made me feel safe having to drive on my spare for an extra day, made sure all tires were filled and safe to go while being personable. That was my biggest concern. She eased my worries and that’s all anyone asks for when dealing with the headache of cars. the tires were ready this morning, I was able to go in and be served within the hour that I got there. The technician was fast, efficient and helpful Emily helped check me out and she was incredible throughout that process. 10/10 service. Treated me like a real person and not a sale. Overall, I would highly recommend them, to anyone and everyone.”

Others told me it would be several weeks for an inspection, Jiffy Lube did it with my oil change and I bought new tires and they put them on the rims and disposed of old tires and replaced my cabin filter. I got an excellent price on the tires and would be happy to go again for service.”

“I regularly go to the Walmart Auto Center for oil changes and tire service and are very happy with thier service. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. They not only do the service I came for, but will offer information as to issues they might find. For instance, some of the tires I prefer are not stocked by the Walmart centers, so I purchase the tires on the Walmart website (provided by independent suppliers) and have them shipped at no charge to the store. On one occasion, the sales associate pointed out that the tires' date codes were beyond the industry recommended useable life (not Walmart's fault) and that they would refund my money in full, so I could reorder. Walmart prices are usually unbeatable and their service charges are well below the average of other providers. They work on a first come first serve basis and are they are very timely (unless of course you arrive during peak hours). ....and will usually be notified your car is ready before you finish your Walmart shopping experience. “After completing my car’s vehicle inspection, Steve recommended that I repair my muffler’s exhaust pipe before it breaks. My usual mechanic wouldn’t be able to look at it for for a month.
