Mike didn’t just hand us keys—he gave us local recommendations like a personal concierge, pointing us toward great food, easy routes, and hidden gems around Nashua. And as if that wasn’t enough, he worked his magic to secure us a fantastic deal on the rental, far better than we expected for a two-week booking.

“I had a good experience renting a car with this Enterprise branch. The reservation process was fairly simple, and the customer service agent was helpful and professional. They also made it easy to modify my reservation online, which was useful as my schedule changed multiple times. It was also quick and easy to pick-up and drop-off the car. They were not very strict about the pick-up and drop-off times and an employee even helped drive me to the auto body shop after I returned my rental. I'll be glad to rent from this Enterprise again in the future.”

“This is the best car rental agency in the world. Mike, the manager, gave me the kindest customer service and best pricing. I had a very complicated moving task after my parents passed. I flew in from California and because there was so much stuff in storage I needed 3 weeks of rentals including 2 box trucks, an SUV, and a one way rental. Mike went out of his way to save me time and money. I honestly felt like he was my big brother, or favorite cousin helping me out. He gave me great rates on the moving trucks and helped me figure out the most economical ways to structure the rental. When I decided to do the one way rental from NH to OK he gave me a wise suggestion to rent a minivan if I could get all the stuff I wanted in there, they ARE pretty big with the seats folded down. I'm so glad I did it like that but he was going to help me get a difficult-to-find cargo van if I had decided to transport some bigger items.All in all, 1000 stars. As an Uber driver, I’ve rented here for 4 months, and the two guys working here, one older Black gentlemen and the other Ukrainian i think, are incredible. They take care of all rental issues, cars and trucks, keep every vehicle spotless with daily cleanings, and always go out of their way to help everyone in the area. glad I found this place. Being an Uber driver for over ten years with over 10,000 rides, this has to be the best Avis car rental place in Massachusetts or definitely one of the best for both cars and trucks.
