“I don't know how I did it, but somehow, I accidentally (thought I had) deleted all of my calendar events on my phone. Online help could not solve the problem, and although I thought I had, I in fact had not backed my phone. Three years past and another three in the future of my (un-backed-up events) gone! Yikes! So, I went to my local T-Mobile store in Londonderry, NH looking for a miracle. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady named (I think) Zamaira. She patiently heard me out and indicated that this did not look good, but she summoned her co-worker, (whose name I believe was Angel), to try to help. Together, we conveyed to him what had taken place. This veryknowledgeable fellow understood the problem, and within about 30 seconds, not only fixed the problem, but was able explain to me what went wrong, so that I could avoid any future repeat performance. I was indescribably relieved and grateful! Thank you T-Mobile! So, guess who is setting automatic back-up on all systems right now, tonight? Yup, you bet I am!”
“I called PCMax and talked to Kevin and he let me know that he felt he could fix the problem with my laptop. I brought it in on Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday afternoon and everything was running great. He let me know up front what the cost would be. He then called me Friday morning to let me know it was ready. The price was reasonable and didn’t change from the original estimate. It was obvious that Kevin is highly knowledgeable and I would recommend him to all my friends.”
“Switched to T-Mobile after a disaterous run with Verizon. Joe and his team have great experience and service acumen. Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

“I went into the Londonderry Verizon twice in the last week. Jenna helped me save 40% on five items and switch two phones from xfinity to Verizon and activate a new line purchase.. I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..”

“I stopped into this location on 05/10/2024 a little after 5:00pm or so. When I walked in I took a moment to find an employee by looking around and Raphael immediately noticed me and asked what he could help me with. I explained that I wanted to pay off my monthly phone bill, pay off my old iPhone 13 Pro (which broke a few days prior), and get the new iPhone 15.
He right away said that yes, we could do that. He directed me to pay my bill at a kiosk while he was arranging what was needed for my other requests. I had a little bit of trouble finding out my full balance, and he looked it up on the spot on his tablet and told me the full balance for me to type into the screen and make my payment.
Next, he told me that he was ready to start next steps and that he would return shortly with a quote. He returned in a timely manner and broke down all parts of the quotes, and answered all of my questions with easily understood elaborations.
He helped me set up my new phone in store, again answering my questions the entire time. It took around 20-25 minutes for my new phone to finish backing up from my old phone. During this time period he was very friendly and we shared a pleasant conversation, while he helped me through the different steps needed.
