“On Thursday, January 4th, I went to the Verizon store on Winthrop Ave in North Andover because I had received texts that my phone was infected with a virus.As I entered, I was immediately greeted by Efrain. When I explained to him that my fear and urgency that this compromise of my personal data and security could have dire consequences, Efrain skillfully and confidently calmed me down and proceeded to address the task at hand. He assured me that he would fix the problem. He asked a few questions, then told me that my phone had been hacked.He confidently employed a number of steps and troubleshooting techniques that would have worked, but because my phone was so old, the phone’s security capability was questionable.I asked Efrain to advise me on the purchase of a new phone, which he did, and I couldn’t be happier.While Efrain’s knowledge of fixing cell phones is noteworthy, I was particularly impressed with his personal confidence, politeness, and engaging nature that is obviously rooted in his ability to apply the quality training that he has mastered.It is reassuring to know that Verizon has employees like Efrain who strive to provide outstanding service to ensure optimal customer care and satisfaction.Please share these comments with Efrain.Thank you.”

“I called PCMax and talked to Kevin and he let me know that he felt he could fix the problem with my laptop. I brought it in on Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday afternoon and everything was running great. He let me know up front what the cost would be. He then called me Friday morning to let me know it was ready. The price was reasonable and didn’t change from the original estimate. It was obvious that Kevin is highly knowledgeable and I would recommend him to all my friends.”

“I needed to upgrade my phone and even though there's a TMOBILE less than a mile from me but I opted to try this one in Wilmington. The reason is the one near me is always crowded and I as I get older I don't have the patience to spend at least an hour to upgrade. The experience I had at this store was beyond amazing! The two young men working there were very professional,knowledgeable and really made the upgrade process great!! I was in and out in half an hour!!! First time ever, and Ive been buying cellphones from the size of sidewalk bricks in the day to the S23 now (lol) Great location, great staff!!”

“I've been a T-Mobile customer for maybe 12 years or so. I've always preferred in store vs dealing with 611. Although I miss the location off south broadway, I love the new location in the Tuscan village, and I especially loved being helped by Madi today (sorry if I'm butchering the spelling!). She took care of me quickly and with a smile on her face and once I sat with her I was in and out. Loved the new sync up kids promotion which allowed us to get our daughter a kids watch for no money down or extra cost (other than the monthly service fee).”

“I could not find the review that I posted. I made a mistake on that review it was not Tarboro store. It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”
