“Erick was great until something went wrong with the phone. Then I was told I would have to go to the Apple store to have the phone replaced. All calls would go to voicemail. He tried to fix it. but couldn't. I wanted the phone replaced. Not happy.”

Camilla is the manger there and she is amazing and is excellent with customer service and very knowledgeable. She has not only helped me. I have sent customers to her to purchase phones and they are very pleased. She is an asset to T-Mobile and I would do whatever I could do to keep her.
Her staff is happy because she is great to be under and is fair and helpful.

“I’m giving this five stars to this store which is a contracted store, it’s not actually Xfinity. Xfinity is a real pain in the butt to work with, but this store made it less of a pain to make changes to my Xfinity plan.
Prior to coming here, I had tried via Xfinity online chat and calling Xfinity over the span of two days, but just couldn’t get it done for some reason. I came into the store and got it done fairly quickly.”

She couldn't remember her password so he asked if she checked her messages and she said no. She said that she doesn't check voicemail so he suggested that she doesn't bother with it,this mad her extremely happy. Hee even showed her how to look up missed calls. My mom left feeling confident about using her phone.”
