I lost my phone in the Boston Harbor. Came into Salem Verizon to get a new phone. Tony helped in the best way. He turned what was a very bad day into something good. I usually go to the Verizon in Nashua, but I now return to Verizon in Salem.

We came in a few days before and talked to Cam. We were very impressed by his professionalism and explanation of the plan. We came back today and he was with a customer but we waited. Cam was very good with us and patient since we asked many questions. I would highly recommend Cam again!
