“The service received from Sean and Jackson was outstanding. I usually compare buying a new cell phone to buying a new car with it being a long and tedious process. My purchase of a new iPhone with a new Verizon was so easy at the Pelham store. The most time-consuming process was the transfer of data from my old cell phone to the new one and during that time, at Jackson's suggestion, I ran some errands I had planned for the day. I returned to the store about an hour later and my phone ready. With a quick and successful test call, I was on my way. It was a test-study in customer-centric service and I would recommend this store to anyone.”

“I called PCMax and talked to Kevin and he let me know that he felt he could fix the problem with my laptop. I brought it in on Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday afternoon and everything was running great. He let me know up front what the cost would be. He then called me Friday morning to let me know it was ready. The price was reasonable and didn’t change from the original estimate. It was obvious that Kevin is highly knowledgeable and I would recommend him to all my friends.”

“I don't know how I did it, but somehow, I accidentally (thought I had) deleted all of my calendar events on my phone. Online help could not solve the problem, and although I thought I had, I in fact had not backed my phone. Three years past and another three in the future of my (un-backed-up events) gone! Yikes! So, I went to my local T-Mobile store in Londonderry, NH looking for a miracle. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady named (I think) Zamaira. She patiently heard me out and indicated that this did not look good, but she summoned her co-worker, (whose name I believe was Angel), to try to help. Together, we conveyed to him what had taken place. This veryknowledgeable fellow understood the problem, and within about 30 seconds, not only fixed the problem, but was able explain to me what went wrong, so that I could avoid any future repeat performance. I was indescribably relieved and grateful! Thank you T-Mobile! So, guess who is setting automatic back-up on all systems right now, tonight? Yup, you bet I am!”

Ended up getting the new Samsung watch also with my upgrade, deals on deals! “I've been a T-Mobile customer for maybe 12 years or so. I've always preferred in store vs dealing with 611. Although I miss the location off south broadway, I love the new location in the Tuscan village, and I especially loved being helped by Madi today (sorry if I'm butchering the spelling!). She took care of me quickly and with a smile on her face and once I sat with her I was in and out. Loved the new sync up kids promotion which allowed us to get our daughter a kids watch for no money down or extra cost (other than the monthly service fee).”

“I could not find the review that I posted. I made a mistake on that review it was not Tarboro store. It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”

“I went to this store because I was insanely unsatisfied with AT&T and their BS and was looking for a more affordable phone provider. The associate who helped me, I believe his name was Allam, was very helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I told him what my budget was and he followed through down to the last detail. I left the store having spent much less than I anticipated. Thanks for a pleasant experience.”

“After a hour and a half waiting on the phone for t-mobile representative... she couldn't verified my identify to set up my e-sim. I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!”

“I went into the Londonderry Verizon twice in the last week. Jenna helped me save 40% on five items and switch two phones from xfinity to Verizon and activate a new line purchase.. I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..”

“I went it at 7p and the two employees there helped me start on a new phone plan with T-Mobile and got me set up with my new iPhone. They were extremely helpful and kind and answered every question I had. They told me usually they don’t allow phone transfers after 7 because they close at 8 but they stayed a few minutes late to make sure my phone was set up and working and that I had everything I needed before I left. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because of how amazing my experience was. The two employees I interacted with make me very satisfied with my choice of switching to T-Mobile.”
