“If I could give 6+ stars for just customer service, I would. John helped us out, the team spent two hours with us demoing various setups. We spent zero money but felt like we just spent thousands. Demoing what we wanted and what we didn’t even know we wanted. They asked room dimensions, what we have now in terms of a receiver and speakers. Matched a room close to ours and let us play. They have such a wide variety of speakers from entry level three figure to high end five figure speakers.
I remember walking into Best Buy a few weeks prior wondering how AV Therapy does against these big box stores ( I used to work for Best Buy 14yrs ago) and now I get it. What an experience. You got a customer for life! Will be testing out that Paradigm 600c tonight, thank you so much again everyone!”
“First time dealing with this location. I went there last minute notice. moving into a new apartment and needed some stuff right away. They are short staff, but you wouldn't know by the way they took care of me. It made me feel like they had a full staff and got everything done quickly and responsive. they were able to help me out very quick, very responsive. I don't know that their names.The manager and the assistant manager, but I will have to say their customer services by far the best!”

Since my account was closed, I was locked out of the app and couldn’t call customer service without a pin. I walked into the store frustrated, but Ram was very helpful. And this cashier ended up being the most amazing employee!! So never judge someone based on appearance!! I believe his name was Chino. Very nice ?”
“They are a good company to rent to own stuff from. They do reasonable offers to make sure you just enjoy your purchase and pay your bill. We have been with them for 10 years now and no complaints. They even do promotions and deals for customers. The manager is a great, friendly man. We would recommend you to go check it out sometime.”
