“Steve’s Cleaners was a life saver ! My daughter came to me the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving with 2 items that needed cleaning for a Christmas Parade she is participating in on Saturday. I called my usual cleaner and they couldn’t do it, I called around and couldn’t find anyone willing to do it. I found Steve’s on Google. I called and explained what was happening, and Steve said if I brought them down he could do it today. Not only did he have them done in 3 hours, they came out beautifully! Steve definitely has a new customer in me!!!! I highly recommend!!!”
“Update-- throughout all of the years you've gotten free bags, just for being a customer is no longer available. Very sad but I'm glad he still hooks us up.Been coming here as a kid. Used to love the old owners they always treated you like family. Still keep in touch w/ them til this day. New management is alright. Man seems like a grump but he's nice . They also close earlier than their regular normal hoursUpdate so I got to know the new owner and he's not a grump at all he just looks like it lol”

“I dried a load of towels for 30 mins for $0.75. There's AC, three seats inside, and a good amount of free parking.They also sell drinks for $1 and they have a restroom. Although I didn't use the washer, it's priced at $2.”

“Only thing I hate about this place is Google keeps asking me where the entrance is they're all over the building. 5 or 6 entrances which is fantastic. Different sizes of machines. Drop off laundry service. Vending machines and helpful staff. And it's in a great location. There's also a convenience store across the street that has lottery.A+”
“I've gone to Raintree on multiple occasions for my hawaiian shirts, once to alter a couple in. Most recently, I brought a 2 piece suit and blazer down. They'd a fantastic job and even called a day after I dropped them off to let me know they accidentally charged for 2 2 piece suits. They corrected it immediately. It is rare to find people with this level of honesty. There are no words for how highly I recommend this business.”
“I love that the name of this Laundromat isn't false advertisement. As a mom of 3, laundry day is usually an all day activity, clear the schedule,, shut off my phone. Since moving to Lowell,this Laundromat is my first choice. I'm always in and right out. The amazing employee, with glasses and dark hair that she usually wears up, is the only employee I've ever had a chat with.. she's attentive, hard working, polite, helpful and has amazing energy. This place would be a lot more awesome if all employees interacted positively with patrons .. I've seen one with a really unwelcoming face.. just a smile, it's free.. But I did still give 5 stars because the awesome helpful employee overpowered any negativity”
“I'm 32, I've been coming to this Laundromat for a VERY long time .. before I had kids, and even way before that. I'm a Lawrence native, and this is the only Laundromat where I feel at home. Whether I moved to Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, or Lawrence, this has always been my place. Dana(owner), you're an amazing human. I've only seen him upset once(because of hoodlums stealing), and even then he was so nice. When someone cares about their business, employees and customers, it's evident. I've never seen a miserable employee (tired yes, but we're all humans). I've made some amazing laundry day buddies here. Even when customers are being not too civil, the employees here are always professional, full of good energy and always willing to help. I'm sorry for rambling but, thank you all. Thank you for your patience, presence, hospitality. There were a couple times where I went to wash and was at my lowest.. but a conversation with Scotty or Patty or any other employee, would brighten my day and remind me of the good that's still left on this planet. (My children love this place as much as me because they always get to play in the "secret place" behind the building, my sons almost 13 and still loves it ) Thank youServices: Delivery”

I picked up some dry cleaning this morning and they handed me a $20 bill that I left in one of the jackets. They are the most honest and hardworking business in town!”
“Fantastic service!I had 2 straight days this week where I got to Anton’s Nashua (DW Highway) location within minutes of them closing, rushing from work with needs for a last-minute event this weekend. I felt a bit guilty for walking in so late, but didn’t have any other options. I did not receive ANY type of attitude or negative “we’re about to close” looks. Brian who was working there both days was just happy to help. He was super positive and accommodating, and even took initiative to make sure I could get a suit and a dress cleaned & picked up within <24 hours. Seamless experience (not to mention relief for a stressful predicament), and I never need to consider another solution as long as I’m in the area. Thanks!”
“Recently moved to NH from FL and had nearly one month's worth of laundry. Glad I did my research to find this very clean, close to immaculate place yesterday. Sunday is a very busy day here, but the owner/manager is fantastic and was there on-site, organized, cleaning and efficiently moving us along. The only down fall, is there is no restroom. If you know this in advance, you can make plans. There are paper towels and hand sanitizer in this very bright and charming place. Beautiful new and large front loaders. Great owner!”

“i'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)”

“My leather jacket had stains so I brought it in, paid before hand, they sent it to their specialist. I came to pick it up a week later, it wasn't ready and they told me to come back next week. When I returned he said that they couldn't clean it and offered me a refund. I come here regularly and have never had a problem.”
“Best dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. There’s a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE”

“20/10 highly reccomend.I frequent this location to wash ny queen size comforter. I use to hate coming here. The machines were filthy and the place was abysmal. However. Since its been under new management the machines are obviously frequently cleaned and maintained. No soap or mold build up at the part where you put your detergent. There is lighting. 20/10 when it comes to laundromatts!!!!!”

“Best place to do laundry. It was 24 hours. I was there late. The people who work there are attentive.Now for a limited time, they offer drying free.The music they played was also ?.The big washing machines were $20, and I spent about $60, but I washed 3 comforters, sheets, jackets, all my daughter's clothes, my husband's clothes, and my clothes. And since I could spread them throughout multiple dryers, it took about 1 hour.I liked it so much that I will probably go back tomorrow and do my college kids' stuff and more comforters.”
“This place really came through for me with my daughters satin wedding dress. They dry cleaned it 5 times until all the stains came out. In the end it was gorgeous!”
“Great little laundry that's family owned. The machines aren't expensive and it's safe to wash your clothes or have them dry cleaned while leaving them at the laundry. They've been around for decades and I find it a lovely little place to spend a couple hours doing laundry, but you can easily pop around the corner and grab a bite.”
“This location was definitely clean and the employee was friendly. There were a lot of different washing machines to chose from and the cost was pretty standard. There were not a lot of dryers and the cost of the dryers was pretty high. For $0.25 you only get 5 minutes so based on that I would not be back unless it was absolutely necessary. I had also forgotten to bring dryer sheets and the machine that you can buy them from was broken. There is plenty of parking.”
