“I consistently have been going to Richard for years now. Always to do with my gaming PC's. He's helped me countless amounts of times. I'll call about a problem i'm having and numerous times he'll literally just bring up the solution then and there, without forcing me to come in so he can make an easy buck off me. I've also brought the computers to him and he's fixed the issue for me in front of me, sometimes he's even just been so nice to do it on the house. Brought in my girlfriends pre-built computer from cyberpower, and they not only plugged the pump wires in wrong into the motherboard, but also mixed up wires on the pump itself and Richard figured it all out for us and also offered a great deal on a sick gaming computer he had built, after i said i needed to upgrade mine at home because i couldnt get to windows 11 on it. I currently am using the computer and it's great. With how expensive parts are these days, I got a pretty good deal. Richard knows what he's doing and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else if I could help it.”
