“Dave is the BEST I've met when it comes to anything electronic. He's always right there to help me out when I've got a crisis. He's super busy all the time (which in itself speaks volumes) yet still manages to me feel like my business is his only client. I highly recommend Laptop Universe for all your computer needs, phone systems, security systems etc. I bought a Grandstream phone system and got rid of Fairpoint which was an investment up front but will save thousands in the long run.”

“Always amazing in every, single way! For the first time in all the years I am using DMS for my memory needs (I've worked for Apple, Microsoft and IBM so you do the math), I've never had a memory stick of theirs go down. Today it happened and because of how my Mac Pro Tower is set up, I can't easily access the machine to test which one of 8 sticks (The mac Pro takes 8 sticks on 2 daughterboards) was the culprit. Using the system profiler, I found which set was giving me trouble and the person on the phone said he would immediately send me out a replacement set of 4 sticks, eliminating the hassle of swapping out stick after stick. Hands down, they are the best! I would NEVER buy from anyone but them when it comes to my computer/tech needs. I highly recommend you give them a call!”

“Absolutely awesome awesome awesome buying experience from Chris the Store manager, Tyler the Samsung rep, Angela another Manager, Rachel during our checkout and Jeff and Jason in the warehouse! Everyone went out of their way to help us find the perfect TV for our basement. They taught us about what to look for and what would be best viewing in the limited space we had down in our basement. Best Buy is absolutely so lucky to have the awesome team they have working for them in their Salem NH store!!! Thank you again for a GREAT buying experience!!!”

“Mike was very helpful in purchasing my new Mac Neo. There was no one available to help me so he stepped away from what he was doing to help me complete my order and answer any questions I had about transferring info to my new computer. I would recommend this store.”
