“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ashlee. I came into Verizon dealing with an extremely stressful situation with my phone, and she immediately took the time to understand what was going on and help me navigate the process. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. What stood out most was that she went above and beyond. She didn’t just give me the easiest answer or send me on my way. She continued to pursue different solutions and made sure we explored every possible option until we figured out a way forward. She made a situation that felt overwhelming so much easier to handle. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness, dedication, and willingness to genuinely help. She is an amazing representative and a true asset to Verizon. Thank you so much for everything!”

“My wife and I went in last Friday 8/28 to upgrade our phones and couldn't have had a better experience. Ashlyn was the associate that helped us and she was awesome. Fantastic personality, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Very positive experience!”
