“I had an outstanding experience at the AT&T store on Plaistow Rd, thanks to Cesar. I walked in at 6:45 PM on a Saturday—just 15 minutes before closing—feeling bad because my phone was completely inoperable after I dropped it.
From the moment I walked in, Cesar couldn’t have been more welcoming. He repeatedly reassured me that this is exactly what he’s there for and not to worry about the timing. He helped me every step of the way—getting a new phone, setting it up, restoring everything from my Apple iCloud, and making sure it was fully up and running before I left.
What really stood out is that he stayed nearly 50 minutes after closing to make sure everything was done right. That level of dedication is rare. Cesar was professional, patient, friendly, and an absolute gentleman throughout the entire process.
