“I love going in here cause you’ll never really know what you will find until you are in there. They have some amazing deals at times but today was disappointing. They say online that they had the product I needed and when I went into the store they in fact didn’t have it. The employee let me know that their website it about a week behind schedule on their in stock products. But I did end up walking out with a few things that I didn’t need but saw them and wanted them. Gotta love air plants!
I also miss their succulent section. I have been able to find it this year over there and the large retail box store next door doesn’t carry many either. So that was disappointing this year.”

“I went into the Plymouth, N.H. location recently - I had a rather major problem with a purchase - I had a receipt, but no packaging. With the help of an intelligent and friendly clerk we were able to determine which item the problem was on my receipt and make the return. These sorts of things don't always happen in any store.
