“In 3 years going to this location I have never once had a bad experience. Today stood out among those good experiences because I went to other businesses in town after and none of them even came close in customer service. The location was short staffed this afternoon with one person on register and one employee helping everywhere else. But when I walked in the door the cashier turned and acknowledged and welcomed me in. With a line of at least eight people in front of him. We got the tag for the item we wanted, stood in line he rang us up and after only a couple of minutes of waiting the other gentleman came and helped us load our car. If it wasn't for the obvious long line you wouldn't even have known they were short staffed. There was no one acting frantic, no one waiting too long, no one acting exasperated by requests. Your employees just did their job, and they did it well. I absolutely love coming in to this store. Well done. The businesses of Rindge could learn a lot about customer service from this location.”

“nice clean store, helpful cashiers. do wish there was more of a selection for men’s and the store had a better layout, (it was a bit confusing learning where everything is as it was my first time there) but overall a great store, i will be back ?”

“This is a nice store. It is clean with well stocked shelves, unless they are changing stock lol. Employees could be nicer, but I personally understand that kind of work. Retail is not easy lol.”
