“Tonight my husband and I came in to get upgrades and Samantha was working. She was an absolute joy! It took a bit of time to get everything done and she was nothing less than patient. We got stuck there a little past close but she had no issues allowing us to wait until it was done. It was such a great experience, I would 10/10 recommend asking for Sam if you go in to do anything!”

“I took a trip to the Verizon store in Rochester today to buy a new iPhone. I met with Julia who I found to be a very pleasant and exceedingly competent person to work with. She was very patient and I felt like I had all the time I needed to have my questions answered and to get the help that I needed. I have not always experienced people in the store to be so excellent to Interact with. Now, I would very comfortably return”
