2. Schedule by website, confirm by phone

4. I requested a time of day and they accommodated
5. Received call to confirm on day, driver showed and handed me the cash, signed Title and walked back inside.

“The day after I purchased my car, someone backed into me on a roadway and damaged my grille, etc. Working with geico, committed collision got me right in to start repairs.
The turn around time was pretty quick.
Took about 7 business days to complete as they had to replace the entire grille etc. I had called mid way through for an update and I can't remember the man's name, but he explained which stage my car was at, what the next stages would be, and when it should be ready. He was very nice and right on point.

His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”
