“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

With an appointment set up, I drove down from Portland, Maine and met Ali in person. A few hours later I drove home in my new Hyundai at a great price with a fair trade in value. The car was detailed and the extras that McFarland included, most notably the 3 years, 36k of service and exterior protective coating, helped to seal the deal. Ali worked with me throughout the entire purchasing process. For the first car I negotiated without the help of my mother, The entire trip to McFarland could not have gone better! “Stopped in to grab a few supplies, North Hampton NH and the moment we walked through the door, the manager (I think his name was Rob?) greeted us like we were long-lost friends. He must’ve overheard our conversation because, without missing a beat, he pointed us straight to aisles 3 and 5—like a mind-reading retail ninja.
We also asked him to check a code on our vehicle, and he was more than happy to help. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I’ll just say this: I can’t remember the last time we had such an outstanding experience at an auto parts store.
This kind of service is what you’d expect down South—hospitality, helpfulness, and a whole lot of “wow.” Up here? It’s rare. Give this guy a raise, a promotion, a parade—something! He’s a rockstar in a sea of wrenches.”

“During a rain storm I noticed I had a windshield wiper missing. I went to another auto parts store and they didn't have wipers for my car. I stopped in Federated and was greeted in a cheerful manner by Craig. He searched for my wipers, found that they had them in stock, I paid, and then he offered to put them on my car, DURING A RAINSTORM, at no cost. That kind of service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this business and hope others will give them a try. Plus, they have a super cute dog in the store. His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”
