Apple Rockingham Park provides exceptional and amazing customer service. The staff is very attentive, helpful, personable, and informative. Service is quick and employees provide top-notch assistance with device repairs, purchases, and transferring data. They are patient and skilled, even performing complex tasks like backing up data from badly broken phones. The store itself is fine. However, the mall location is problematic. The surrounding environment is described as horrible, with concerning activity outside and inside the mall. An armed police officer is on duty at the store. A strong suggestion is for Apple to move to a better, safer location where clients would not worry about security. Despite the mall's issues, the store's service experience is so good it compels customers to write positive reviews.

The customer service at the store is exceptoinal. There was a woman named Anabelle that entertainted our kids with educational activities on iPads while we got our devices fixed. We had to go back a second time and the people at the store were just as helpful.
