“Been a customer at this Bank for a very long time and never had a problem inside. I'm thinking that just maybe no one has ever thought to mention this problem, but it would be great if the owner of the building could finally get the gutter over the ATM fixed. Countless years now, if it rains or if it snows especially, there's a spot that always leaks water and it's literally right over the ATM, so when you're using the ATM the water either drips or pours right into your car. Tried to use the ATM tonight and I couldn't (used the ATM inside) because it rained a couple nights ago... and the water was still dripping ? ... I'm sure hundreds of people would greatly appreciate if this little problem was fixed ?”

“Who writes a review of a bank? I am in general, not a fan of banks, but I want to make a huge exception for Bank of New England.The fact they are small is a big plus...they actually know me when I call them up.I'd like to give a special shout out to Tracy Dalton at the Nashua branch who always goes above and beyond the call of duty for me when it comes to banking, and last week she saved my rear end when I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car in their parking lot! What other bank does that?Thanks Tracy- keep up the good work!Also like to recognize Kelley Beavers- the VP who convinced me to get an acount with BNE in the first place. She also rocks!”
