“We were seated fairly soon after we arrived and around our reservation time, even though there was a line. Our server was amazing! Jovial, quick, and everything served with a smile. We remarked how there were only a few servers, but she still did everything with a smile. The food came out quickly and according to how we ordered. Great experience at Bertucci's!!!”

But Bobs was a great pick and actually cared about what you wanted; and not just making a big sale.Our Saleswoman: Sandy gave us time to shop and let us know about any features and such we may be interested in; but wasn’t very pushy and ignorant about it!
