“I was in trouble, with two iphone 13 promaxes and unable to make a simple call. One practically new, but security locked beyond civilian remedy and the other being ,my cell - badly damaged/no screen response, I visited two separate apple stores in different states that day the 2nd on the 1st floor of Rockingham Mall in Salem before wandering upstairs, totally defeated, into Cellaxs. The Man working greeted me promptly and politely, but weary of all cell affiliated businesses I wasn't sold yet. I had however made 8 calls before setting out that morning to local cell repair shops like Cellaxs in my hometown of Portsmouth, NH none had a 13promax screen handy so I was 24-48 hrs out the gate waiting for order/delivery. Not only the wait not being anm issue but the Cellaxs' Tech quoted me $100 cheaper than the lowest price of the 8 stores I had called that morning and explained why this phone specifically is through the roof $$ to replace the screen. I then made the best choice I had in weeks... I handed him my broken phone and bit the bullet on $ knowing it was def the best I was going to see and within a 1/2 hr of mall closing . He fixed the screen and unlocked the other phone in 15 min. The locked phone that the Apple stores had failed me earlier that dayOne: They couldn't unlock it, having over an hrs time.Two: Just couldn't even try that day "too busy."He then sold me a much needed case I had been browsing (for a nice discount due to the screen cost being so high) and set a new screen cover I had brought in my pocket, sat on and cracked but somehow he made it work and its still protecting my phone today, weeks later.I will take the trip to Salem Mall if I need any device help in the future!Thank You Very Much,John”

“REALLY?? Joe Provencher From T-MOBILE STORE IN THE ROCKINGHAM MALL TEAM OF EXPERT'S ? Is JUST That ? ??PERCENT AMAZINGLY qualified team of experts but Joe the manager I've known him for years he runs that whole T-Mobile store in the Rockingham Mall and he knows his customers as well as he knows about his cell phone he's the best thing that hit T-Mobile he's gone above and beyond to help me my family for years I go from Lowell all the way to Rockingham just bought the service at that store when I got T-Mobile in Lowell on Chelmsford Street a half a mile from my home but I won't they're all young kids that don't know what they're doing? Joe goes out of his way like he just did November 30th when I got my granddaughter a new iPhone tablet her iPad then she changed her mind after 3 hours of him helping us set it up purchasing it putting all the apps on it cuz she's only 11, she wanted the Samsung tablet so right on the spot as they getting ready to close at 8:30 at night he stayed so 11:00 with us to exchange the iPad for a Samsung tablet because he is truly about his customers Joe from T-Mobile at the Rockingham Mall that's the way to go you go Joe you go you flow Joe you flow Joe!
