“The At&T at Tuscan village provides out of this world service. Justin is a hidden gem. He was able to answer all my questions, was extremely kind and patient. He was even able to save me some money and didn’t mind the time it took to help me out. He went out of his way to say hello to everyone and help when he could and the store got very busy. I am very happy with the help I got. We added the Internet and got my mom a new phone for Christmas!!!”
“Javier is awesome! He is obviously a very nice man, super personable, and made the process less boring by engaging with us about other things not related to the products we were buying (because there was a lot of waiting for our old phones to do stuff like update and transfer data). Kinda awkward when your customer service rep doesn't know how to be a social human if you're doing a lot of waiting. Javier kept us engaged and we shared a lot of laughs. The other associates, assistant and store managers were also great, but Javi stole the show. Will definitely come back to this store location for future needs.”

“When our phone screen wouldn't come on we brought it to CPR in Salem NH. Technician Nick respectfully listened to our concerns and gave us a fair estimate for the most likely repair needed,replacing the screen and cable. When that did not resolve the issue, and further diagnosis was done, it was determined that the issue was a failed mother board in the phone, and that replacing the phone would be the most cost effective solution. At the end, what a surprise it was that we were not given a bill, even for the diagnostic work that had been performed! A great job by an awesome crew! Our thanks to all! Dave & Kathy S.”
