“I had a hard time finding a shop to do the alignment on my '21 F350 dually until going here. They took me in less than an hour and found exactly where my alignment was out and adjusted it perfectly. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue, he went the extra mile to assure this was the exact culprit, and came up with a way to assure this wouldn’t happen again. Honest and fair! “I would never use their on line service again. I made an appointment, and picked tires. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they didnt have my tires. I was told they had to get them from warehouse, so I had to make another appointment. Someone should be checking their on line appointments, to make sure they have whats needed for their appointments. My 2nd appointment the service was great, I got there a little early and they took me right in. They explained everything, everyone was very nice.”
“Route 111 Express was recommended to my by one of my staff. I came in for an inspection without an appointment and they took me right in. Very quick and thorough. I will definetley be back to utilize oil changes and other services. The only critique I have is the signage needs to be better for people to find them. Thank you so much!”

This past visit was Sun Sept 1st (Labor Day Weekend) and he wasn’t bothered to be there. As customers, we felt valued and that our experience there mattered. It is common to feel the opposite lately at a lot of places, but not here.
