“Well-stocked and clean. The prepared food and bakery are the best! I find the bunches of leaf lettuce are like half the size compared to the market basket I go 2 in Concord. But they offer more pre-made dinners here.”

“There’s a Hannaford-to-Go worker at this store who deserves some major kudos. I’ve been using the service for almost a year throughout my pregnancy and postpartum with a toddler and newborn. She packs the bags perfectly, greets me by name, is so friendly to the kids, and I feel like we’re old friends whenever she brings out our groceries. I appreciate her and hope this message gets to her somehow!!”
“I enjoy the simplicity of the goods and find what I need. Prices are reasonable, meats are great, and the woman who runs the store is always pleasant. I enjoy hearing Polish spoken and finding new foods to try. Plum jams, rose petal preserves, soups, breads, candies all in one trip and I enjoy variety not found in local stores.”
“It isn't our default grocery store, and prices don't seem as good as others. I have a harder time finding things here, but it is probably because I only go every few months when they offer a $10 coupon. (But they are unique offering the coupon even though I don't shop there as much - Shaw's has their coupons but only because we shop there all the time)”

Very tight on space ?! This store reminds me of the Market Basket in Stratham except that Stratham is bigger!

“FYI: as of April 10th 2024 there is no longer a citizens Bank. As of June 1st 2024 this location no longer does any Western Union services whatsoever. Also Redbox went bankrupt so that is no longer offered as of mid July 2024.
Overall it is a great store with friendly employees who for the most part are very helpful, and it is a open and brightly lit space. It's not nearly as crowded as some other Hannaford locations.”

“Friendly staff, clean environment. But be forewarned that if you use the self scanner and the computer begins to talk to you, it is no longer scanning your items. Unlike other registers where you can continue to scan as it gives you information. If the register is speaking it will not scan. Which may cause some of your items to not ring up. This is the only negative in the store.”
“I absolutely love this market. It's always clean, no dust. They have a great selection of European goods, Milka, Kinder, Paté, Kielbasa, cheeses, pretzels and more. They have Nivea aluminum free deodorant that actually works. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. I shop here every time I am passing by.”

“Went there on a mission 6/5 to find imported feta! If anyone knows Feta isn’t the same unless it’s imported. You just cannot buy any feta and think making a Greek dish will taste right that is just incorrect and wrong! It’s all about the correct brine and feta! When I told him what I was looking for he went out back grabbed his big tin and brought it out and had me try it first to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for before I made the purchase. You all it was PERFECT! I am so happy that I have something so close to home that has what I am looking for when I am in need. Price is reasonable and not to mention they have fresh philo as well.Thank You South St you will now forever have my business.”

“It depends on which store you go to. The one in Concord NH gets a 3 star. It's not very clean, and there are always long waits in the lines! The one in Hooksett gets 5 stars, it's always clean, the employees are always happy to help you and there is never a long wait to check out!”
“A hidden gem!!! This is the best and widest selection of microbrewery specialty beer I have seen anywhere! And I drink alot of beer and come from Colorado where we have an abundance of microbreweries, but this was a dream come true! I love stout too, which can be difficult to find, but this place had it ALL! On top of that, it had all the basic foods you may need AND they even sell ice cream made for dogs ?While you're there, do NOT miss the Bowlful restaurant at the back of the shop! They had some of the best food I've had in this region.I cannot believe I almost passed up this place because the outside really didn't seem to look like much at first. Do NOT make that mistake. Check this place out!”

“I left my wallet in the cart and went home. I later realized what I had done but the store was closed and I could not speak to anyone. The next day the manager and one of the employees found my wallet. EVERYTHING was in my wallet. I was so happy and grateful that there are honest people in the world. For everyone that’s mad about their pharmacy lunch break. That’s at every single Hannaford pharmacy and is also very common at other pharmacies too. Maybe try.. calling? Idk. It literally says they’re closed for lunch from 2-2:30 every time you call the number ?”

“They have a great variety of product for a smaller store, and prices are reasonable too.The only compaint I have is I went to the deli to get some cheese. There was at least 4 people in that area and no one asked if they could help me, after 10 minutes I just walked off. That is ridiculous!!!”
