“Drove 45 minutes to give this place a try with my family. We got ice skates for me and my husband. He was so funny cracking jokes with my daughter. Very sarcastic funny owner. He was helpful more helpful than the owner of Dicks sporting goods. Will be going to him for my sports need and ice skate sharpening from now on. Worth the drive.”
“This is a great place to get any award, or update any trophy. I have been updating our fantasy football and basketball trophies for at least 6 years now. They usually have it done in a week. “I want to thank the two guys at the store yesterday 6-24-26 right when they where closing we had our youngest training wheel fall off and we where 6 miles from the car she was very upset as this is her first new bike I said we just need a nut the two guys went above and beyond with helping us get back on the trail they even put it pack together for us as we didn’t have tools they did not have to help us but they did never where mad that they had to stay a little late and to top it all off they did not charge me a arm and a leg for a new bolt and nut… this company should be very proud to have these two guys working for them I wish I caught their names…. “I came here to have a hat done. Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. I don't really need another hat, but I'll likely be back for one soon just because.Thanks for all the kindness. You deserve anything you want out of the world with an attitude like yours.”

“Nice store and helpful employees but just like Leominster store in MA they don’t always have sizes or clothes you want. I can only buy clothes that are on sale, too pricey! Clothes are nice but people are hurting financially today, not everyone is rich. It is geared to the younger generation, but I don’t know how they can afford the prices?”

When I needed help finding something, Hannah was seriously the sweetest. She made me feel so comfortable, was really patient, and gave honest opinions without ever being pushy, which I really

“I came in with a pretty specific request for a low profile Dodgers hat with an Ohtani embroidery. Dan, the new manager there, showed me that they had a Kanj embroidery!! I decided to get it and it looks perfect! Dan quickly got the embroidery done and helped me out with enrolling in the Lids premium access pass too. Highly recommend this location to anybody who’s looking to get any fitteds and/or customization. The customer service was awesome which encourages me to come back again!”
“Two levels of fun, nice balance of apparel and gear. Could use more signage for departments, a few people interruptted the cashier in the brief time I was checking out. Two really nice Digital equipment testing cages, one for baseball and the other for golf.”
