“I came here to have a hat done. Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. I don't really need another hat, but I'll likely be back for one soon just because.Thanks for all the kindness. You deserve anything you want out of the world with an attitude like yours.”

“Don't usually write long review's but Had to point out saying Employee's Jean, Lizkarla, Marques, Amais after 5-6 visits shopping at the store, they both go Above & Beyond to help me find shoes/ socks i needed to buy for family friends and myself. Overalll the experience was just smooth and was VERY welll respected by alll the help i was getting in the store. As i was shopping at the store for many hour's and i would totallly recommend it to alll of my family friends around town if they needed apparel & shoes!!!!!! Great experience definitely recommend it if your around the area!!!!”

He was patient, helped us with sizes, prices and particularly shoes I was looking for, and after asking i found out he was the only employee in the store, which was very busy! He needs a raise, it's ridiculous you'd have 1 person take care of all responsibilities.”
