Winni Paw Station
35 S Main St, WolfeboroWow, we are so fortunate to have Winni Paw Station in our neighborhood. Diane is so incredibly thoughtful and knowledgable about each product she brings in house. I love the single ingredient treats, mental enrichment, raw bar, and more! If you are in the Wolfeboro area, make sure to put Winni Paw Station on your must visit list!!!! You will be glad you stopped by.

Pet Care

Winter Harbor Veterinary Hospital
667 N Main St, WolfeboroSuch a positive experience!! Our dog got quills and they fit him right in and took care of him. We had 2 other Veterinarians that we go to and neither of them could fit him in, so we would have had to take him to an emergency vet. I also requested they clean his teeth, if possible, while under and they accommodated that request. Couldn't be more pleased!! Their pricing was very reasonable! Staff were very friendly and professional and made me and my dog feel welcome, well cared for and comfortable. I will transfer care of our 2 dogs, despite having to drive an extra 20 minutes each way. Totally worth it!! I love Winter Harbor Veterinary Hospital!! ❤️

Burnt Timber Brewing & Tavern
96 Lehner St, WolfeboroStopped here during our car ride to our vacation house (back in August) to stretch our legs, grab a snack, and enjoy a very necessary mid-day beer. I’m vegan, so the sign out front that said “NOT ENOUGH VEGAN OPTIONS” made me laugh out loud. It was perfect, first thought was it must have been a review. Love that humor. Also, somehow the only photo I took that day was of that sign.
The owner, or management — hard to say but clearly someone who cares, was there with (his) kids and was incredibly kind. He took time to show my son the amazing wall art and pointed out all the fun details, which instantly won us over.
Beer-wise: plenty of funky options (and yes, beer is typically vegan). They were totally cool with my modified order, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Great humor, awesome artwork, very kid-friendly, and an easygoing, inclusive atmosphere.
Bonus points for being partially veteran- and female-owned, and clearly committed to local, slow, and thoughtful food.
We stopped by to kill a little time and left really thankful for the experience. Would absolutely stop again.
