After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”

“I make numerous copies for my office as well as display boards. I have even had pop up banners created. Barbara is ALWAYS amazing. If the online portal doesn’t work, I’ve always just sent the request through email and they get it done. Usually I have the same special requests and the portal doesn’t always allow these special requests. But, Barbara always remembers the different jobs I send over and doesn’t even have to look at my special requests: she just knows. Sometimes, she even knows better than I do what I actually want! lol! The jobs are always perfection and they are completed with a quick turnaround time. If I need something urgently, they are always willing to try to help me out when possible. And if that wasn’t enough, it is ALWAYS service with a smile.
