“I have never seen customer service like this store. When I say never, I mean never. I’m 72 years old with 2 senior dogs and 1 cat, so I buy a lot of food, treats and toys. This store is in walking distance of my home. Staff is very helpful, the store is very clean and well stocked.”

“This is by far the best pet food and supply store in the area! Its the perfect neighborhood store with knowledgeable, friendly employees, a wide variety of brands and supplements (many of which the larger, big name stores in the area do not carry), and they have great monthly sales! Plus, they offer fun, seasonal pet centered events for holidays and such. Stop in and see for yourself! Its likely to become your go-to local pet food store like it has for me and so many other pet parents in the area.”

“Another place where the crowd might come a little harsh with the reviews! Our precious cat Alfie was all out of food due to a delay on shopping with a leading online pet food merchant, which necessitated this trip to Petco. Unlike another chain that starts with "Pet," Petco had Alfie's food of choice in stock! We also are trying a couple cans of new food that may be a bit healthier for him. He's an indoor cat after all and not immune from the quarantine 15. It was easy to pick out everything online and pay. Nikki named me as someone authorized to pick up the goods, so I swung by this morning and was in and out in 2 minutes. Almost felt like an illicit transaction in a movie or something because it was so smooth and the product was nicely bagged. If the leading merchant doesn't get its act together, we will probably be back here to Petco!”
“Completed 12 weeks of training and passed the AKC STAR Puppy exam. What a great program and wonderful instructor. We have seen so much amazing improvement with our pup and ourselves as dog owners. “Listen, to all the animal lovers out there writing 1 star reviews over the conditions of the live animals here. I have a feeling you don't understand what Columbus market is or how things work there. Thursday to Sunday those animals are brought in and sold off. They don't live there for months and years, is not a place like that. The rats are all in little tanks that weekend, they're bred and sold off for feed. Sure you can buy one, take it home and love it as a friend, we have 3 from there our snake didn't eat and they got too big. But if you don't understand what you're talking about, please don't write bad reviews. There are regulations to follow legally and this store meets or exceeds those requirements. Sure, have a heart, but also have a brain. I shop there every week for my snake, bought my snake from them and everything is fine.”
“About their grooming. The only one who does a excellent job is a little girl called Joey. every time I had someone else bathe him he came back still smelling like a dog. I don't think they even washed his head at all. Now I will only bring him there if I know Joey is going to bathe him . She is very good and I have many friends at the dog park who take the dogs and only let Joey work on them.”
