“Mr. Viral Patel, my usps representative, turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. A very important piece of mail was missing from my mailbox and I was understandably very worried. From the moment I spoke with him, he was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me. He immediately started looking into the issue, kept me informed, and was able to locate and recover my mail the same day. His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for his assistance and hope USPS recognizes the value of employees like Mr. Patel. Outstanding customer service and a true credit to the organization.”

“I absolutely love this UPS Store in Lincroft! I stopped in today to ship a package, and Myles was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, courteous and polite, and he took the time to give me suggestions on the best way to ship my packages and the timeline that worked best for me. He made the whole process easy and painless. I have to say, this location has become my go-to for everything. They make Amazon returns so easy, and whether I’m shipping something for the holidays, making a regular return or sending a package, this is always my first choice. I especially appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone is. I truly love this UPS Store and will continue to use this location whenever I need to ship something or make an Amazon return.”

“Buyer beware! I purchased a color ink cartridge from this store. The in-store price for the product was about $6 or $7 more than the advertised price on staples.com. The store did price match for the lower price, but it is worth checking prices before a purchase. The customer service is good.”

“I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand. At checkout I was assisted by another very pleasant employee named Noah who is also an asset to the store.Lynn Donahue”

321 Main St, Avon-By-The-Sea NJ 07717
“This is one of the cutest little post offices in the area, almost nostalgic like, out of a movie scene. More importantly, the friendliest staff works there. I had a work project to complete in which I had to ship out a large quantity of packages. Al & Brian helped me figure out pricing options and then even helped individually create a label for each box since the feature was disabled online all while being friendly and attentive. They even figured out ways to attend to other customers while managing my project so I wasn't holding the line up. Al & Brian really are an asset and did an amazing job. Forever grateful.”
