I needed a few things fixed but the axle that was ordered took longer to deliver than expected, which extended the time of completed service by a few days. “For general repairs, recommend. For body work, they're booked 1 month in advance, they don't do full paint jobs on cars, and they never got back to me even after a follow up call to get a quote. Disappointing but par for the course. Who wants to blow up another afternoon getting quotes? Of the 3 shops I visited, only 1 quoted, JDT collision in Phillipsburg.”

He showed me 3 options of batteries I could choose from and changed my battery within 15 minutes. He also noticed my serpentine belt was wore out, so he suggested I buy a new one and have it changed when I get my oil done.
I really appreciated his help and looking out for my safety with finding the wore out serpentine belt. I highly recommend this facility!”

“I had an "Above and Beyond" experience with my repair on my 2018 RAM 2500. They repaired the driver's side door and replaced the driver's side mirror. When I picked up my truck, the repaired door and mirror looked great, but what was above and beyond was the whole truck was detailed to look like NEW, including the tires and rims. Everything sparkled! I was blown away with the quality of service. I walked back in the office after seeing my brand new looking truck, and Al asked if there was something wrong with the repair, and I said no, I just wanted to thank him and his staff for a great job, kudos to all!
