“I have four 10’ x 20’ units at Atlantic Highlands Self Storage. Sold my home in March and new build is delayed until July. All 4 units are environmentally controlled. This facility is extremely clean. Management is courteous and helpful. Bathroom is nice and clean. Hand carts are very helpful. I was at Extra Storage in Eatontown before here and had to submit a claim because my unit leaked and destroyed some of my belongings. Atlantic Highlands is dry, clean and the environment is well maintained.”

“Been renting here since 2021 and Gary is the reason I've stayed. Life happens and I got behind, and instead of just letting the process run its course he actually went to bat for me so I could get things right. Then he called me himself to let me know it was handled. That's not something you get at most storage places.. usually you're just a unit number on a list. Gary treats people like people. Facility's clean, access is easy, no issues in five years, but honestly it's the way he handles things that makes the difference. Appreciate you Gary.”

“Fantastic experience! We had a last minute need for a small storage unit, we walked in and Brenda helped get us set up immediately with a climate controlled unit and we moved our stuff right in. She took the time to explain everything to us so thoroughly, walked us through the location and process, and even welcomed us to coffee and cookies :). The location is so welcoming and clean, every last detail has been thought out, down to the cute flashlight key chains to hold our locker keys. Thank you Brenda for helping us turn around what started out as a very stressful day!”

“I like Public Storage. It has easy access through the security entrance and exit with individual codes. The entrance to my building always has a working cart by the elevator. It’s clean and well lit. I chose 4 out of 5 stars because, in my experience, there usually isn’t someone manning the office for answering the phone or for on site assistance. I haven’t needed someone often, but was frustrated when l did. Overall, it works fine for me and the introductory price started very low.”

“Literally just left U-Haul of Middletown not even 5 mins ago and had to pull over to write this review because I had the BEST experience. To begin with I was nervous because of reviews I read online of people making hitch installation appointments and then when they go, the parts are not ready, so then they have to make a completely new reservation. HOWEVER this was not my experience one bit. My husband spoke with Cody who made the reservation for us and understood or hesitations based on the reviews that we read. However he did make us feel super comfortable and even had the manager acknowledge that this would not be our experience. Fast forward to today, I walked in and was greeted by Mike, the manager, and he was so kind and immediately got my car in the garage to start the installation. I was anticipating waiting two hours but I actually was in and out in an hour. Brian was also super helpful, while I waited I asked a few questions about their cargo trailers and he went above and beyond showing me sizes outside, helping me look for a cargo trailer ASAP, and was super patient! Brian was knowledgeable and also so kind. Brian was like that with every customer who walked in. He acknowledged their entry and immediately let them know he'd be right with them. Brian outlined everything super clearly for me - from trailer sizes, to coming outside to show me how to put the trailer on just in case, he gave me brochures and sent a video for how to install. I appreciated that so much. He was exceptional! I would 100% be back despite the HOUR trip it took me to get there, it was soooo worth it! THANK YOU Mike, Brian and Cody!”
