“I purchased my dryer from Dominic’s about two years ago and have been very happy with it. When I recently had an issue, PJ helped me over the phone and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on instead of immediately scheduling a repair. He offered helpful tips, and I was able to get the right repair done since the issue was not with the dryer itself. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and excellent customer service.”
“I was so incredibly pleased to find this place! Unfortunately I had already been to another sewing machine repair place that really only wanted to sell me another machine (which I bought bc I believed them that my machine was going to cost too much to fix). But at this wonderful place the staff was so very kind, helpful and accommodating. They took the time to diagnose the problem and were able to fix my sewing machine in a short amount of wait time at a reasonable cost. I will always come back here for my sewing machine and even my vacuum repairs! Collingswood Sewing machine and Vacuum repair is a credit to small private owned businesses-keep patronizing them!!!”
“I was recently gifted a new GE gas oven. I hooked it up, but it sounded like the gas flow was a bit louder than normal. I called another appliance repair company initially and they wouldn't even come out to look at my stove because it wasn't brand new, and I had hooked it up to the gas source myself. The tech from Johnnie's was professional, courteous, offered additional helpful tips, and most importantly, he didn't make me feel like an idiot. Worth the service fee for peace of mind and a pleasant interaction. 10/10 would recommend.”

I bought a faucet from Fergus Front Street a few months ago, and not only did the price beat the big box stores, but I walked in and out in less than 5 minutes! A few months later, I realized I lost the invoice which I needed, and a 30 second phone call to the sales desk at Ferguson got me an emailed invoice to my mailbox. “Central air system was added just before the heat wave . The 2 technicians took about 1/2 day to install the system at my son’s home . They cleaned up after and it took about another 1/2 day to cool the house. They gave instructions on the thermostat that was installed and how to efficiently cool the home and how often to change the air filter”
“It is utmost convenient but also very spacious. You'll probably do a whole mile walk in here. They have an endless amount of options for everything you need. I know I've used this to do a lot of DIY work around my house and it's been very seamless getting tools, supplies, even the right size bolt or nail. It's very seamless and the customer service is on point. Everybody is very understanding and very quick.”
“A woman named Christina. I believe she also goes by the name sparkles tho. Which is super cute was so super helpful. I had trouble finding some paint that I needed for an assignment at school. Christina was very patient with me and very helpful and in fact, help me find the exact shape that I was looking for that I could not find at a different store. Without her help, I honestly don’t know if I would’ve gotten my project done in time. Give this girl a raise lol!!!!!”

“I wanted something to protect cabinet doors from being dented by hitting the corners of the range hood. I bought a sheet of 75 small bumpers directly from Bumper Specialties. They were shipped quickly, inexpensive, and work perfectly. Easy to apply to the edges of the range hood, and unobtrusive. Yes, I needed only two, but now I have 73 spares if these wear out!”
“Had a great experience at Ferguson Bath & Kitchen in Cherry Hill, largely thanks to Kara. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, took the time to walk me through all my options, explained the pros and cons of each, and gave thoughtful comparisons that made the decision process much easier.
As with any project, sometimes things don’t go perfectly, one of the items I ordered arrived slightly damaged, but Kara handled it immediately. She fixed the issue without any hassle and had a replacement out to me the very next day.

I was at Best Buy on Columbus in Philadelphia on 8/13/26. Tommy helped me buy a MacBook Pro and trade in my old one. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed while also informing me of all sales and add on options. The store was very busy and they were understaffed that day and Tommy stayed after his shift in order to finish helping me and other customers. Tommy was great!”

Not much to say except that i had zero issues picking up an online order, none with processing a return and none while doing other miscellaneous shopping. “Good evening Google Family. I visited to return the moth balls that I had purchased previously from another Home Depot location. I decided to take the mothballs back because I purchased them for a cat. I decided that I do not wish to kill the cat, only to keep the feline from vacationing in my backyard. I thought to myself, she might eat the mothball and die on my property, then I would have to dispose of a dead cat. I could not live that down and I do not wish to be labelled a killer of cats. So I returned the moth balls unopened to the place where I purchased them. The transaction was quick. I asked when I arrived where I could return something. Two nice gentlemen customers told me where to go and I went. The young lady associate who assisted me was very nice. I asked where the rest rooms were and she directed me. Very nice and clean. A great shopping experience today, I would certainly come back again and recommend any and all to shop here. Our salesperson, JR, was knowledgeable and we were lucky enough to get a fridge with a ding which saved some major money plus it was delivered and installed the next day. A good experience from start to finish!”
