“I want to sincerely thank Ivan for helping me resolve a serious issue with my account. After my service was unexpectedly suspended without any prior warning, I was left stranded without navigation to get home. Ivan spent nearly four hours with me in the store working to correct the situation and undo the mistake caused by an employee at the Mt. Laurel branch.

For several months, I had unknowingly been paying for two lines, including one that was added to my account without my knowledge or consent. This issue began when I purchased a new iPhone in December 2025. At the time, I was led to believe I qualified for a trade-in promotion. However, the Mt. Laurel associate installed a dual SIM setup on my new phone, which appears to have made it look as though I was activating and using two separate new iPhones. I feel that I was misled during this transaction, possibly in an effort to complete a sale.

The financial burden, stress, and inconvenience this situation has caused over the past several months have been extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Despite this experience, I want to specifically recognize Ivan for his professionalism, patience, and dedication in helping me resolve the issue. He treated the situation seriously and worked hard to correct it.

I truly hope the promised credits are applied correctly over the coming months so I can finally be reimbursed for the charges I should never have incurred in the first place.”
