I've had verizon for 6+ years and these guys quickly reviewed my service plan and found the best plan that worked for me without even being asked (I was there to pick up a router and simply inquired about a possible upgrade for my phone). “Pedro was fantastic! I walked into Verizon with a Galaxy S22 shaped brick, and he got me set up with a new Pixel 10 Pro XL quickly and painlessly.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions, got everything activated and working, and successfully guided me through the death of my previous phone, all while I was in Philly on vacation!
The Pixel is great, my old Galaxy is free to dramatically limp toward retirement, and I left very happy with the experience. Give Pedro a raise, a trophy, or at minimum a really good snack. 10/10, I would have a phone emergency with Pedro again.”

Friendly and easy to converse with while waiting for data transfer. I don't remember the other young man's name who works there but he was also very friendly and helpful. You should advertise this location more. Many people don’t know it's there.”

He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”
