“I have to say that I was wearing my old black sneakers to work in and my feet was hurting for 2 weeks straight. And my Dentist recommended me to go here and try The Philadelphia Runner store. I have to say they had me stand this foot measuring to get my pressure points for my heel / arch and size. And when I got my shoes in I put them.on on day 1 my feet never hurt again. I am so amazed at the level of customer service and accuracy of the results from the feet diagnostics. You have a customer for life.”
“I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here!

I brought a pair of shoes here and after I got home, I had doubts about the fit.I decided to go back to the store to see if I could find something that suited me better. As soon as I entered the store, I was immediately welcomed by Jacob, who was super kind and really knowledgeable. “I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”

I hope this review gets to the manager of the DXL store in Cherry Hill New Jersey I was there a couple days ago before the 4th of July and the employee there a black male about 5 foot 7 a bald head clean shaven Associate #99359 not a helpful attitude was there to help me and I was looking for a pair of jeans or a decent pair of pants size 64 waist with an inseam of 30 and he had told me that DXL had taken sizes that big off the shelf because they were not financially beneficial for DXL to sell sizes that big and if I wanted something like that I'd have to order it online ..well I went to the DXL store in Deptford NJ and guess what they had my pants that I wanted in the store and I bought it... if this comment gets to the manager I would like this individual to get a not a so very good job performance interview on his record I will never go to Cherry Hill again and I will tell my large friends who may go there while this man is there to take their business elsewhere..now I'm taking my business to the DXL store in Deptford New Jersey.. the woman that was in the Deptford New Jersey store black female grayish curly hair glasses her name was Sondra I forget her name but her Associat # is 98581..she was so helpful and so pleasant that I hope the next time I go there she's there she deserves a five-star for helping me out at the last minute before the holiday.. on a final note it is so hard unfortunately for men my size to find clothing that fits my size and many many of us depend on the DXL stores to come through for us that's how important your stores are..

Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “In 2021 I started looking for a better quality work boot brand that was not cheaply made like the ones at Walmart. I began searching online and could not believe th prices from some of these places and the limited or no availability of the products, specifically Cat Footware. I came upon your website and found that you not only had them in stock but your prices were reasonable. I bought my work boots and they were shipped to me here in Florida. I just purchased my third pair of Cat work boots from your website and like always the service is on point and you folks are extremely nice when you call to confirm my order.
