“I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. When it came to the tricky part of figuring out what size dress to order (when top/bottom are different sizing) both women that helped me were very detail orientated and helpful in making sure it would be the best fit. I can't wait to go back to try on my dress once it comes in! I would recommend this shop as well for the adorable charm/small boutique feel it has. Not to overwhelming and all the dresses are beautiful!!”
“Never having visited one of the stores I had heard stories which were confirmed by the visit. Mostly up to date band and anime print shirts and items that are currently in season like pins or accessories. The staff was helpful and everything pretty much explained itself. The stacks seemed to be maintained very well and did not give a messy vibe at all as if people had been rumaging through.”
“This place is the Ross of outdoor travel gear, very hit or miss. You can find a nice shirt and pants at a great discount or nothing. I love getting just the right sized packing cubes here. There is Good selection and it varies time to time. You can find some really good deals for but you have to come and look through everything it takes quite a bit of time.
Much better looking in person then on Amazon ln though. It is quite obvious in person something just isn't going to work versus getting stuff online and having to return it.”
“Though I rarely shop in store, when I do, the ladies there are also more than helpful! I mostly come in to drop off returns, as I tend to order a bunch offline, and then drop off whatever doesn't fit. They're never bothered and always help me with a smile.
The store is always clean and bright, and the shelves are tidy. I do wish they carried larger sizes of shoes in store (12s and 13s), but that's a big feet girl problem, lol.”

“They have a lot to choose from but there staffed a little light. When I needed help with something I couldn't find anyone to help but the girl at the register did get someone to help me find the price I was looking for. Stores are clean and organized. I'd definitely go here again to shop. The prices are excellent!”
