“My Gastroenterologist ordered a stool sample test very shortly before a 3 week trip out of the country. I called the lab and spoke to Carlos about getting the results as quickly as possible in case I needed medication before I left. Carlos went above and beyond to get the results and called me back a few times to keep me informed of the progress. I did need medication and because of Carlos I was able to go on my trip with medication.”
“Amir is the best! He took care of my oldest and for the first time in 10 years she didnt cry or moved. I took my 18 month old and a different lady took care of her and she was not very personable. She got the vein but the blood wasnt coming out fast enough so she kept wiggling the needle inside my baby. We left and came back to see Amir. She put a Band-Aid that was so tight it made a mark. He is super friendly and kind. I expressed to him that the blood wasnt coming out yesterday so he put a warm compress to stimulate blood flow prior to pricking her and that made a big difference. When he finished he put a flexible wrap instead of a bad-aid, which was the best thing for a baby. Of course babies cry but knowing how to take care of them and the extra steps to take to make the process go smoothly is what makes Amir great.”
“Simply the best. Location has convenient hours. The location is clean. The wait is never long. Very large parking lot. Friendly staff and they have a portal so I can see the results and not have to wait for my doctor to call.”
“I had to get some blood work done which can be difficult at times since my veins are small and have a tendency to roll making it difficult to draw blood. Anyway the technician who did my bloodwork was very good. I explained the issue with my having blood drawn she listened and after two attempts she was able to draw the blood just fine. The wait wasn't long and the all the staff was nice and pleasant.”

One of the staff members tried to take the blood test 2 times but she couldn’t, so they brought another staff member named Niven and she did the blood test in one try, so I would like to give her a special thanks!”
“First of all, I would like to say that I arrived at 6:15 a.m. There was only one person ahead of me. They opened at 7:00 a.m., and I went from patient number two to patient number sixteen. They have check-in machines, and if you don't know that, everyone behind you will run you over. The system is not good for polite and courteous people.
Now, the staff was absolutely wonderful—very patient and courteous. Other than getting run over by people, I had a wonderful visit here, and the staff is great—absolutely great.”
