“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. “Kaylee was great. She was courteous and friendly. She convinced me to get an upgrade to my old Galaxy S23 since it was overheating and battery life was dying out fast. She also convinced me to get a Galaxy watch. She was great with setting up my phone and watch even after I left the store with them, she helped me to continue with the transferring process.
