Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”

“This is the best location! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I needed to add 5 lines to my account, and the sales rep Laila assisted me every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process very easy.
You can really see that the managers work just as hard as the reps, which says a lot about the team. They were very kind to my family and made us feel comfortable during our visit.
