They guided me through the insurance process and regardless of who was in communication with me, they were always on the same page. I did not have rental coverage on my insurance and they helped me find better rates then if I was to explore on my own. Most importantly the car looked better then new once they were done with it. “Excellent service. I arrived to put the tint on my car and from the beginning the attention was very professional. They explained to me the tint options, the levels of darkness and what was best for my vehicle.

“These guys were recommended by my mechanic and I had a great experience here. I wanted a new stereo installed because the old one didn't connect to my new phone and the bluetooth wasn't working. Shout out to Hasan who spent 15 minutes in my car with me trying to fix the bluetooth - which would have meant I wouldn't need a new stereo! Who does that?! “Quality work, reasonable prices, terrible communication. Make sure you're clear with them before picking up your car that it is 100% ready to go. First time I showed up, AFTER they called to let me know that my car was ready, I was told that in fact they'd forgotten a service and, "Didn't think I'd get here that quickly." :/ Had to leave my car there and received no offer to compensate me for their mistake, nor did I get a response from Mike when I emailed him to let him know. I then had to follow-up to confirm my car was ready the next business day, which they confirmed, and when I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to power wash my car from the bird crap and residue it collected in their lot that weekend. Didn't dry my car so got to drive it back soaking wet. Once again, no apology for the wait or miscommunication.”
